James Biela modified a Herpa GMC General truck tractor with custom paint, scratchbuilt visor, guide bars, reworked chassis, fuel tanks, and battery box. A Trucks N' Stuff 48' flatbed was modified with Walthers bogies, scratchbuilt headboard, also custom painted.
