James Biela modified A Promotex White Road Commander with scratchbuilt cab roof airfoil into this single axle truck tractor custom painted for ICX. James used a pair Trucks N' Stuff 28' pup trailers and convertor dolly to finish out his combination. The ICX decals are from Microscale.
