Jeff Black submitted these photos of his Penn Central Freightliner FL8642 truck tractor he built from an old Athearn kit. Jeff added A-Line side view mirrors and windshield wipers, a steering wheel and roof AC unit by Ralph Ratcliffe Models, an air intake stack and frame mounted air filter canister (both from the parts box), as well as a scratchbuilt frame mounted Luberfiner. License plates were provided by Howard's Hobby. The truck is posed on Jeff's transfer building diorama with an Athearn 40' Fruehauf van trailer.
