This unmarked Herndon (Virginia) Police Department Volkswagen Passat by Christoph Elbl got a custom police dash light in the back and front (the one behind the front window can be hardly seen due to the tinting foil). The basic model used was the already black Wiking Passat, painted wheel rims black, tinted the windows with a vehicle headlight tinting foil and added some other details.
