Thomas Kelly built this International 7600 crew cab Kansas City Southern MoW truck using a Boley (now Walthers Scenemaster) International truck model and kitbashed body and overhead rack. Thomas added hi-rail wheels and a Herpa crane at the rear. In the background is a KCS Kenworth T800 MoW truck to be featured in a future Photo Gallery. On display again at the 2014 East Coast Meet in W. Springfield, MA.
