This spectacular Kenworth W900L was built by Uli Heufs from a variety of sources. The hood is from a Promotex KW W900L, the cab is from the Herpa Kenworth T600, the chassis from a Promotex Ford Aeromax, fuel tanks from A-Line, and bits and pieces from other sources.

The paint job was inspired by a 1/72 scale Revell helicopter kit that had the decals shown designed by the star designer Colani. Uli airbrushed the black and blue sections and then added the stars, planets, and meteors with gel-pens. He then photocopied the decals and made templates of the Kenworth and then trimmed the decals exactly to fit the contours of the Kenworth and applied two coats of clear resulting in a truly spectacular finish!
