Derek Maurer built this Peterbilt 379 tandem axle day cab with a 45' spread axle dry van with a lift axle. The cab is an undecorated model but Derek added the mirrors and horns that came with it and added front and rear license plates and painted the taillights and marker lights. Preferred 102 Availco decals were added to the trailer. The trailer tandem axle assembly was cut in half to make the spread axle and the front axle converted into a lift axle.
