John Christie built this Pierce Quantum Rescue-Pumper by redetailing, repainting and decorating a DelPrado die-cast model. Treadplate, generously applied throughout, was cut from the backing which appears on quite a few pill medications. Paint is Testors bright red from the spray can and decals are mostly Microscale. Radio Antenna is a hair brush bristle secured with a dob of Magic Weld.
