This 1/87 scale model of a 1921 FWD Fire Truck was scratchbuilt recently using styrene and brass wire. The model is based on a photo in the book, "The Illustrated Encyclopedia of American Trucks". The wheels are modified Circus Craft Wagon Wheels and the hoses were "borrowed" from a Jordan American LaFrance Pumper kit. Driver and passenger are repainted figures by Preiser.
