Canadian modeler Wayne Crews sent us this photo of his Canadian National MOW Hi-Rail truck.  It is a modified Promotex GMC General low side dump truck with a Roco HiAb knuckle boom crane on the back. Wayne scratchbuilt the Hi-Rail set up.
