Duesseldorf Airport received two of these MAN/Rosenbauer Panther Crashtrucks in 2003. Dirk Wieczorek built this model using a resin kit from RMM (Merlau). The whole top of the kit was made new and includes the fitting of a working tower for extinguishing fires in an airplane cabin or higher turbines like on a MD-11. The whole tower was made by Evergreen styrene shapes and can be raised and turned for 90 degrees like the original. Detailing on the model was also improved. Decals were made by Dirk as usual.
